The clean dry air (CDA) generator removes moisture contained in the air to supply gas that is –70°C or lower under the atmospheric pressure. As compared with methods using cylinders to obtain CDA, this onsite CDA generator can save the cost and effort of management and operation, and reduce CO₂ emissions associated with transportation.
