Software License Agreement
The software and all data (hereinafter collectively referred to as "software") that can be downloaded by agreeing to the provisions of this license agreement are licensed by our company to the customer free of charge.
This License Agreement applies to our software and any copies made under this License Agreement.
1．The software provided on this website, related materials, and reproductions created based on this license agreement belong to our company.
2．The software provided on this website through duplication, reproduction, lending, distribution, selling, and so forth without permission, regardless of whether it is for profit-making or non-profit purposes, is strictly prohibited.
3．We do not guarantee that the values extracted from the drawing elements of the downloaded CAD data will match the actual product.
Although the contents of these terms are subject to change as necessary, we cannot
contact everyone everytime they are changed.
KOFLOC does not accept any responsibility for any damage that may occur during the handling of this data, regardless of the extent.
4．This agreement will come into effect when the customer downloads this CAD data.
We may terminate this agreement immediately if you violate this agreement.
Upon termination of this agreement, the customer shall forfeit the right to use the software granted by our company under this agreement, and shall either return the software and all copies thereof to our company or delete them.
